Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and GenAds (“we”, “us”) operated by Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong SAR. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use GenAds on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

GenAds lets you generate content with AI, connect social media accounts, and schedule and publish posts to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, and view related analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• Paid plans (Starter, Creator, Agency) are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of tokens used for AI generations. Only AI generations consume tokens; connecting accounts and posting your own uploaded content do not.
• Included tokens reset each billing cycle and do not roll over; separately purchased top-up tokens do roll over.
• You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

You agree not to use GenAds to:

• Create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that violates others’ rights.
• Violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected social platform or of our AI providers.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required.
• Attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or API.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, schedule, and publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

Subject to these Terms and our providers’ terms, you own the content you generate with GenAds and are responsible for how you use it. AI output may be inaccurate or resemble existing works; you must review it before publishing and add any platform-required synthetic-media labels.

By connecting a social account, you authorize GenAds to publish the content you schedule and to retrieve metrics on your behalf, in accordance with that platform’s terms. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or rejected posts.

Use of the GenAds API and n8n nodes is subject to these Terms, your plan’s quotas and rate limits, and our documentation. Keep API keys confidential; you are responsible for all activity using your keys.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You retain rights to your content and grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service (e.g., to store and transmit content to platforms you connect).

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold GenAds harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or platform policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
